  • Zillow

Sites like push your listing to the MLS. This is just a place to post your home as a listing, they do not offer other services. Also note, the buyer’s broker commission will need to be stated upfront. The main downside to is you are on your own when selling your home. 

The main difference is you are paying a significant difference in fees because you are not paying a 3% seller’s agent commission.  In addition, you are not simply paying for a listing in the MLS.
