Our Story
Our Mission and Core Values
Our founder, Reg Michel started in real estate in 2001 and later started his own real estate brokerage 2007. Through many years and experiences, he developed high-level systems and process to not only help streamline and scale the brokerage, but to also allow the time to do what was cherished most – spending more time with family.
After finding success with in real estate, real estate investing, and a financial services business, he purposed to expand into Transaction Coordination Services to help other real estate professionals do the same.
Understanding the importance of strategic partnerships, Reg partnered with Tracey, administrative extraordinaire, and together founded Concierge Close. And we haven’t looked back since!
There is nothing more important to our company than maintaining integrity throughout every transaction and providing services that are top-notch.
That means no chasing down your TC for updates or feeling out of the loop on your own transaction. Our communication systems and processes ensure that you know all the details at every step of the process in the way that serves you and your business best.
