Plus, many different websites draw content from an MLS, allowing people to access listings that interest them. For example, you may find listings from an MLS on sites like:

  • Redfin
  • Realtor.com
  • Trulia
  • Zillow

Sites like FSBO.com push your listing to the MLS. This is just a place to post your home as a listing, they do not offer other services. Also note, the buyer’s broker commission will need to be stated upfront. The main downside to FSBO.com is you are on your own when selling your home. 

The main difference is you are paying a significant difference in fees because you are not paying a 3% seller’s agent commission.  In addition, you are not simply paying for a listing in the MLS. You are partnering with a transaction coordinator who is dedicated to handling the sale of your home from start to finish.
