Our TC’s make communication with our investors one of our highest priorities. You will receive weekly updates via email and phone to keep your up to date on the progress of each transaction. In additional to immediate updates on time-sensitive information.
Each time you have a new contract, simply fill out our secure intake form here on our site located under the Submit Transaction tab. All we need is two minutes of your time, what inspections you have planned, and the fully-executed contract. We can typically find everything else we need within the contract.
