Our Top-Notch Transaction Coordinators assist real estate professionals by performing administrative duties needed at each stage of a transaction. Tasks include but are not limited to gathering all required documents and signatures, reviewing each document for accuracy and completeness, tracking all contingencies on the closing timeline, and working as the liaison between lenders, Title, and attorneys to maintain a consistent and reliable mode of communication throughout the transaction.

Our average agents close a minimum of 3 contracts per month. 

The average experienced real estate agent will need 15 hours to fully process an individual transaction. This is the standard time savings you can expect when partnering with a transaction coordinator.

Our TC’s make communication with our agents and teams one of our highest priorities. You will receive weekly updates via email and phone to keep your up to date on the progress of each transaction. In additional to immediate updates on time-sensitive information.

If you choose to partner with our TC’s on a per transaction basis, your fee is $500 per transaction. If you are a high volume team and would like to save on your fees via our premium pricing, please see our pricing table above.

Each time you have a new contract, simply fill out our secure intake form here on our site located under the Submit Transaction tab. All we need is two minutes of your time, what inspections you have planned, and the fully-executed contract. We can typically find everything else we need within the contract.

Our hard-working and dedicated transaction coordinators are open when Title is open. That means we are actively working on your files during the hours of 8am -5pm Monday – Friday.

Our process for getting started with our company is super simple and tailored to your business needs. The first step is to fill out the form via the orange Get Started button at the top and select a date and time for a discovery Zoom call. This call ensures that we are a good fit to partner together and covers our easy set up process. If we mutually decide to partner together, you will join our onboarding system and will be able to start submitting your new contracts within 24 hours.
